• All land & water transportation as per the itinerary including airport transfers (except shopping, or party time). All transportation would be group transfers, not private.
• 2 Domestic flights (from Hanoi to Da Nang & Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh City) with a Check-In baggage allowance of 20 kg and cabin baggage of 7 kg (no meals included in domestic flights).
• Visa cost & service (if your visa gets rejected (1% chance), we’ll refund your entire package amount deducting 3500). You are liable to email the required visa docs to us within 48 hours of booking the trip, or else the above condition doesn’t hold.
• Stay for 8 nights (6 nights in 4-star hotels, 2 nights in 3-star hotels).
• All stays are on a twin-sharing and same-gender basis for solo travelers. Couples will be given private rooms, hence, inform us of the same during booking time.
• Premium day cruise for Halong Bay
• All entry/activity tickets are as per the itinerary except Water Puppet Show (450-1400 INR depending on seat type)
• Bana Hills Entry Ticket, Cable Car, and access to many things in Bana Hills as per the entry ticket
• All activity costs are included as per the itinerary (Hanoi Cyclo Tour, cave boating in Ninh Binh, bamboo boating/kayaking in Halong Bay, BaNa Hills, Golden Bridge & SunWorld Cable Car ticket, Basket Boat ride in Da Nang, Lantern Boat Ride in Hoi An, cycling in Mekong Delta, all boat rides in Mekong Delta, honey tea, fruit & wine tasting during Mekong Delta Tour)

1. The group size will be limited to a maximum of 28 people along with a group leader and a minimum of 5 people along with a group leader.
2. We can also book your international flights at a good price.
3. Good vegetarian food is available in Vietnam, but sometimes variety and taste expectations could vary. Please be mentally prepared for it. Although, on our past trips to Vietnam, participants have been extremely happy with the Vietnamese food. They serve a wide variety of veg and non-veg, loaded with a lot of fresh green vegetables and herbs. There are Indian restaurants also.
4. Please note that a very gala lunch option is available at BaNa Hills for roughly 350k VND (~1200 INR). If you like that buffet, you can consider having it.
5. Lunch on Day 8 (Mekong Delta tour) is a part of package and it will be vegetarian for all participants.
6. Please note that it’s a power-packed itinerary where almost every day, the group will depart between 7:30-9 AM and come back to the hotel late evening. Hence, please be mentally prepared.
7. Please make sure that you always have enough cash as card payments may not work everywhere.
8. Our trip package includes a lot of things. Your expense on the trip is going to be minimal. For the meals that ain’t included, local sim, and puppet show, 150 USD is more than enough but we always recommend people carry some extra cash ~300 USD on international trips.
9. You can bring USD for spending and we’ll help you with the conversion to Vietnamese Dong.
10. Please note that the hotel rooms may differ slightly from each other in terms of shape, size & view. If you are traveling with the group, please be mentally prepared.
11. Please note that if you are booking this trip, you need to be flexible with the type of bedding in the rooms. It could be a double bed or twin beds. We host couples and solo travelers both, in a single group, and we try our best to meet everyone’s requirements but availability becomes an issue in all hotels. Hope you understand the same. We won’t be able to entertain any twin/double bed-related issues during the trip.
12. The earlier you book, the better price you get.
13. Our hotels in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City are centrally located, in the heart of the touristy area. Hence, the market and all restaurants will be within a few minutes’ walking distance only.
14. When you go to Hanoi Train Street, you have to sit in a cafe to witness the train. Cafe owners usually expect you to order a drink such as coffee, juice, or a beer and they usually cost around 100-150 INR.

Please note that the check-in baggage limit for domestic flights within Vietnam is 20 kg, with 7 kg cabin baggage. 

• 91 days before the trip: 80% refund
• 90-61 days before the trip: 70% refund
• 60-46 days before the trip: 50% refund
• 45-40 days before the trip: 25% refund
• Less than or equal to 39 days before the trip: No Refund

The cancellation policy refund is calculated on the total trip tariff, not on the token amount.

2. Participants have to show a little degree of flexibility during the tour
3. It’s the duty of participants to assess whether they are physically fit or not for the tour before joining it
4. Please note that neither we assign any seats in the vehicle nor do we take any special requests for that. Be it a first seat, window seat, or the last seat, we expect participants to be flexible with their choice considering the fact that it’s a group tour. Although, we encourage participants to shuffle seats with each other during the journey to support each other.
5. Transforming Travels reserves the right to modify the place of stay or the itinerary without any prior notice.
6. Every participant should carry a personal sanitizer and keep sanitizing their hands at regular intervals.
7. Our accommodation partners sanitize the rooms and attached bathrooms before check-in. Common areas are sanitized on regular basis.
8. Temperature check is conducted for housekeeping and kitchen staff members every day by our accommodation partners.
9. The laws and customs of the areas we visit can be very different from those we are used to. Be aware of your actions to ensure that they do not offend, especially if you are visiting religious areas. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and respect local laws and customs. If you fail to do so, we will have no liability to you for any cost, loss, or damage you suffer nor will we refund you the cost of any unused portion of your travel arrangements.
10. Please note that if a Government rule asks for a negative RT PCR test report for any places that are a part of our itinerary, then it’s your responsibility to get that test done & bring the report.
11. Participants are advised to keep a good amount of buffer time while booking their flights. Please keep as much buffer time as you can. Still, if someone misses their flight because of any unpredictable circumstances then Transforming Travels won’t be liable.
